Brand, stock, and sell on day one
From subscribe to branded public site, your Stripe and optional AI keys, then SCM and three-way ecommerce — one install for small businesses that need ops and a public face without a seat tax.
Most growing shops do not fail because they lack software. They fail because the cart, the warehouse, the desk quote, and the public website never agree — and because every new clerk adds another monthly seat.
Day one on inveazy means you can look like your company online, keep stock on posted documents, and sell on the web, at the desk, or at the counter — on one dedicated install. Not a six-month ERP project. Not five products stitched with exports.
inveazy is an all-around application for operators who move goods: supply chain, ecommerce, and a branded public site together. Flat pricing with unlimited users means you grow the team without growing a seat tax.
Thesis: Brand, stock, and sell belong on the same chain. Invite the buyer, the receiver, and the counter clerk into one system — without paying per seat.
Posted means finalized, timestamped records — purchase orders, receipts, shipments, invoices — that move inventory and money, not drafts and not Friday spreadsheets. A workspace is a warehouse, store, or division inside your organization: same branding and public site, separate stock and team access.

What you get in one install: SCM, ecommerce, and branding
One stop does not mean every enterprise module on earth. It means the everyday chain most small and mid-size operators need before “ERP later.”
One organization owns billing, branding, and one public face — landing, blog, and shop toggles — so guests see your company, not a partner skin with a hidden seat cost.
Add a workspace when a second warehouse, store, or division shows up. You pay for operating capacity, not for every person who needs to look at on-hand.
Products, vendors, purchase orders, receipts, and shipments live on one catalog. You sell on the web, at the desk, and at the counter against that same on-hand. Commerce uses your Stripe account; QuickBooks Online connects when you want the books companion.
Optional workspace AI uses bring-your-own-key (BYOK): paste your own model keys under Admin → Integrations. Keys stay out of chat; you control the provider account.
Click paths live in the how-to series. This post is the map.
How inveazy compares: cart-only, warehouse-only, and full-stack
Not a Shopify replacement. Not a full ERP. Here is the fit — so you can self-select early.
| If your main need is… | Typical fit | Where inveazy sits |
|---|---|---|
| A polished cart and marketplace apps | Storefront-first platforms (e.g. Shopify-class) | Cart plus warehouse documents, desk, and counter on one chain — with your branded landing and blog beside the shop |
| Deep warehouse only | WMS / SCM-first tools | Posted stock and POs with a public face and three sell rails, not a warehouse island |
| Enterprise process breadth | “ERP later” suites | The small-business ops chain now — catalog, buy/receive/sell, brand — without waiting for a long implementation |
| One team, many seats | Per-user stacks that tax every clerk | Flat plan with unlimited users; pay for capacity (workspaces), not headcount |
Many shops start on a great storefront and bolt inventory on. Others buy warehouse software and still need a separate site builder, quote tool, and till. inveazy’s bet is narrower and more practical: one dedicated site where brand and posted operations share the same company. Use the tool that matches the job. When the job is sell-and-fulfill looking like you, this is the lane.
Soft rule: Contrast categories, not slogans. We do not claim to replace every cart app or every ERP module. We claim day-one brand + SCM + three sell rails without a seat tax.
How to subscribe and launch your branded site
On Features & pricing, every paid plan unlocks the full product. Today checkout is inveazy Azure — we host the app and database. Self-hosted is coming soon.
At checkout you set email, organization name, site slug, and any extra workspaces. After Stripe Checkout succeeds, we provision https://{slug}.inveazy.com with its own database. The welcome email points you at first-time setup for your live organization and admin account. Keep SandBox and demo for practice — real customers and real stock belong on your paid site.
See From subscribe to first setup for the click path.
Tip: Pick a short, stable slug. It becomes your public URL and should stay fixed so shop and branding stay aligned.
Public site branding and letterhead
Two screens, same company:
- Admin → My organization — legal name, logo, address for POs, invoices, and packing slips
- Admin → Public site branding — what guests see before sign-in: landing, blog, shop toggles, colors, company display name
Turn off inveazy marketing extras you do not want on a customer site. Turn on the landing page, blog, and store when you are ready for each. The signed-in hub stays the workbench; the public URL is your brand home — not a generic SaaS skin bolted on later.
See Your company & public site.
Connect Stripe, QuickBooks, and optional AI keys
Open Admin → Integrations. Paid installs use your vendor accounts — not platform marketing keys.
- Stripe — Providers → Payments. Web checkout, invoice pay links, and Counter POS (Stripe Reader / Terminal) use the same commerce keys. Test before go-live.
- QuickBooks Online — Connect when you want the books companion.
- AI assistant (BYOK) — paste your own model keys on the Integrations AI tab. The hub assistant can draft and run scoped reports; secrets never belong in the message box.
See Accounting & integrations and Hub workspace assistant.
Admin → Integrations
Providers → Payments (Stripe)
AI assistant → your keys (BYOK)
Supply chain for small business: documents instead of spreadsheets
Supply chain in inveazy is posted documents, not a Friday export:
Vendor → PO → receive → on-hand
↓
pick / ship → customer
↓
vendor bill / customer invoice
Products and vendors live on one catalog. Purchase orders are commercial promises. Receipts move on-hand when freight lands. Shipments reduce stock when you fulfill.
Three-way match: the purchase order, the receipt, and the vendor bill agree on item, quantity, and price — so you pay only for what arrived. Full walkthrough: three-way match.
A second warehouse or store is another workspace — not a second product install. Branding and the public storefront stay organization-wide; stock and users stay scoped. That is the same argument as one chain, not five apps and start supply chain early. Operator screens: SCM and store how-to.
Ecommerce triple threat: web, desk, and counter
Ecommerce here is not only a cart. Three sell moments share one catalog — the ecommerce triple threat:
| Channel | How buyers interact | Staff workflow |
|---|---|---|
| Web storefront | Self-serve browse and checkout at /store | Fulfill web orders from one queue |
| Desk | Phone quotes and negotiated work | Quotes and sales orders, then ship and invoice |
| Counter POS | Buyer is here; pay now | Till with Stripe Reader — same Stripe keys as online |
Same customers, SKUs, and invoices. Turn the public shop on when the catalog and payments are ready — brand first, then sell.
Pricing: flat plan vs per-user tax
inveazy Azure Standard is about $399 per month for the full product, with unlimited users (no seat tax) and one workspace included. Each additional workspace — another warehouse, store, or division — is about $299 per month. Annual billing is about two months free. Self-hosted is coming soon; same product features when it ships.
| Model | What grows the bill | What that feels like |
|---|---|---|
| Per-user / per-seat | Every clerk, buyer, and viewer | Training season and seasonal help get expensive |
| inveazy flat + workspaces | Extra operating locations (workspaces) | Invite the team; pay when you add a real site or warehouse |
Landing page, public web store, and blog stay one of each per organization no matter how many workspaces you add. Desk sales and Counter POS run in each workspace on the same rails. Confirm current numbers on Features & pricing — the page is the source of truth.
Why flat pricing: Every added seat that taxes collaboration pushes work back into side spreadsheets. Flat pricing with unlimited users is how small teams actually work — the buyer, the receiver, and the counter clerk in one system.
Who this is for
Owners and ops leads who move physical goods or equipment — wholesale, shops, farms, equipment, multi-location stores — and want SCM, ecommerce, and a branded public site working together without a custom web project after go-live.
inveazy is built for operators managing physical goods and fulfillment. If your primary need is a static brochure site or a cart with no inventory backend, more specialized tools may fit better.
Whether you run a shop, farm, wholesale operation, or multi-location store, the goal is the same: fewer stitched-together apps, one organization, one install, day one.
Order of operations (first weeks)
- Subscribe and finish first-time setup on your slug.
- Set My organization letterhead and Public site branding.
- Connect Stripe (and QuickBooks if you use it).
- Optional: turn on the workspace assistant and add your AI keys.
- Load products and vendors; practice a PO → receive on SandBox or a quiet SKU.
- Sell one path — desk, web, or counter — against that same on-hand.
- Turn the public shop on when the catalog and payments are ready.
Brand → keys → posted buy → first real sale

Questions we get
Is this a Shopify replacement?
If you only need a cart and an app store, a storefront-first platform may be enough. If you need the cart to share truth with POs, receipts, desk quotes, and a counter till — plus a branded landing and blog on the same install — that is the inveazy job.
Is this a full ERP?
It covers the small-business ops chain: catalog, purchasing, inventory, selling, and a public face. It is not a promise to swallow every enterprise process. Start the chain early; grow into more depth as you need it.
Do we pay per user?
No. Paid plans include unlimited users. You pay the plan, then for extra workspaces when you add operating locations — not for every person who needs to look at stock.
Where are the click-by-click guides?
How-to overview, subscribe, branding, SCM & store, accounting & integrations. This article is the map; those posts are the screens.
What this keeps in place
Day-one brand and day-one documents on one company install. SCM as a posted chain with three-way match when you pay vendors. Ecommerce as web, desk, and counter on one catalog. Soft contrast to cart-first, warehouse-only, and ERP-later paths. Flat pricing with unlimited users so collaboration is not a line item. Your Stripe and optional AI keys under Admin — never in a chat paste.
Look like you. Post what landed. Sell every channel against one on-hand. Invite the team without a seat tax.
